My name is Mahé - pronounced [mae].

I started studying and practicing therapy, energetic medicine, meditation and spirituality in 2009.

I became a certified and accredited therapist in 2020 and a logotherapist in 2025 (also certified and accredited).

I am French, I live in Portugal and before that I lived In Australia for fourteen years. Twice I experienced starting over, moving countries, learning new languages, being an expat and changing career path.

My qualifications

A word before continuing. It is important to be aware that the complementary therapy industry is not regulated, unlike, for example, traditional medicine. Unfortunately, this allows some people to practise without having undergone rigorous training and/or without having the required qualifications and experience. I believe this is unethical and can be dangerous for their patients. Therefore, in the interests of transparency, I have compiled a list of the formal and informal training courses I have completed, as well as those I am currently undertaking.
